Modular Grille Guards
The “original” big tube grille guard……
The best form of flattery is
when your competition copies your product! Our strong folded uprights
are constructed of 12 and 13 gauge
cold roll steel, with 7 gauge
welded
inserts to maximize the
structural strength
of our upright components.
All welded seams are hand ground and
polished before our Powder Coating
or Chrome Plating processes.
Our Grille Rings are
constructed of 1 5/8”
electro-polished cold rolled tubing with 7 gauge straps. We offer
custom grille rings
upon customer request, including the omission of
center bars as well as non-wrap grille rings. Brackets are made of
¼” to ½” plate depending on the application. Custom
brackets are available
upon request. All installations feature NO DRILL
– RIGID FRAME mounting for added STRENGTH.
Our modular unit allows for
easy shipping,
assembly and installation. Our Modular
Grille Guards are
offered in a Chrome or Powder Coat
finish.
NOTE:
All of our Chrome
Plated products are plated on-site using the more environmentally
friendly trivalent chrome process. Our duplex nickel chrome layers
exceed the tough OEM Automotive Standard for corrosion protection while
providing a rich color luster.
